At CUZCUZ, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our streetwears. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, follow this guide to initiate a return or refund.
- Contact Us to Start a Request
Reach out to our support team at office@cuzcuz.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include in your email:
- Your order number;
- Photos (if applicable) showing the issue (e.g., damage, misprint);
- A brief description of the problem.
- What Happens Next?
We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
If approved, contact our team again to get the correct return address and instructions.
Important: Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted. CUZCUZ does not accept unconfirmed returns.
- Returned Item Requirements
All returned apparels must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
Free of stains, damage, or alterations;
With original tags attached (size/care labels included).
We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
- Refund Process
If your refund is confirmed:
We’ll return funds to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.);
Refunds are processed in the currency of your original purchase;
Processing takes 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item (bank processing may add 5–10 days).
- Can All Items Be Returned?
Most items qualify, but these cannot be returned:
- For hygiene reasons, tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks cannot be returned;
- Sample items;
- Deliberately damaged items;
- Items sent back for return more than 7 days from the date of receipt;
- Items accurately printed according to the designs or tech packs provided to Tapstitch that the purchaser decides are not what they intended or no longer want;
- Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to Tapstitch, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.
- Cancel an Order Before production
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded if they’re in “In Review” status (before production starts).
To cancel: Email office@cuzcuz.com with your order number.
- Submission Deadlines
- Misprinted/damaged/defective items: Submit claims within 7 days of delivery;
- Lost in transit: Submit claims within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
